PLEASE NOTE : Vehicles are sold at auction as they lie with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers must satisfy themselves whether a vehicle is roadworthy. Not all vehicles sold have a service history or valid MOT. Keys for seized vehicles may not be present. Buyers acknowledge the information in a vehicle history check (including a HPI check) may change after the date of the auction and that any change is at the Buyers’ risk. Buyers should check online auction catalogues and attend viewing for each vehicle before bidding. Viewing Wednesday 7th August 2024 from 8:30am - 10am. Please note: We do not offer a delivery service for vehicles. JPS will require Photo ID and a utility bill dated within the last 3 months matching the name and address on the account. If you are a Motor Trader and wish to register the vehicle as Trade you must provide a copy of a Trader Insurance Certificate within date under the name or company on the account.
Bidding Ends THURSDAY 8th August 2024, from 10am Onwards (3 minute rule applies) - 10 x Seized and Used Vehicles at Nottingham and Belvedere ONLY. Strict payment and collection deadline by 4pm Friday 9th August 2024. Payment is by Bank transfer or through the website only. Refundable Deposit Required to Bid. BP will be charged at 25% plus VAT.
The deposit registration fee is not deducted from invoice totals but are refunded upon request once the vehicle has been paid for and collected.
ATF BIDDERS ONLY - ATF (Authorised Treatment Facilities) Vehicles can only be legally sold directly to Authorised Treatment Facilities. If you do not have the correct valid ATF permit, you cannot bid on this sale. Under no circumstances will vehicles be released if you are not ATF registered with the Environment Agency. If you wish to become ATF certified, you must apply via the Environment Agency for them to issue a permit for your company.
